• What is special ordering/How does it work?

Special Ordering occurs when a customer would like a book we normally do not keep in stock. The sheet music consultant will work with our publishers to order the desired book and have it shipped directly to the store.

How long does the item take to come in?

We will do our best to place the order the day the customer requests the music. However, items can take anywhere from 9 days to 2 weeks to arrive at the store. Items that are on back-order will take longer, possibly 3-4 weeks.

Does special ordering cost more than music straight from the store?

No, special ordering costs exactly the same as if we had the item in stock at the store. No additional prices are added for shipping.

What is available to order?

Anything thing you like! AND, on off-chance we can't get what you want, we'll tell you where you can get it.
